Shipping Policy

How we handle fulfillment, shipping, and delivery for wholesale orders.

Order Processing Time

All wholesale orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For OEM and custom packaging orders, please allow an additional 7–14 business days for production before shipment.

Stock items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Rush processing is available upon request — please indicate your deadline when submitting your inquiry.

Shipping Partners

We partner with leading international carriers to ensure reliable and trackable delivery:

  • DHL Express — 3–5 business days to EU and US destinations
  • FedEx International — 5–7 business days worldwide
  • Economy Sea Freight — 20–30 business days, available for orders above 500 pcs

Carrier selection is based on destination, order volume, and client preference. We are happy to ship via your preferred carrier or freight forwarder account.

Tracking & Notifications

Every shipment includes full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and carrier link. You can track your parcel in real time from pickup to delivery.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis unless otherwise agreed. This means:

  • VISTALUMO covers the cost of shipping to your destination port or address
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and CE/compliance certificates to facilitate smooth customs clearance

For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangements, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All orders are carefully packed in reinforced cartons with foam inserts. In the rare event of transit damage or loss, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
