From Brief to Brand — 5 Straightforward Steps
We guide you through each stage. Most first-time OEM buyers complete their first order within 30 days of initial contact.
Submit Your OEM Brief
Tell us the product series you want, approximate quantity, your logo files (AI or PDF preferred), and any packaging requirements. No need to have everything finalised — we help refine the brief.
Receive Mockup & Quote
We produce a digital mockup showing your logo placement, packaging design, and colour options. A full OEM quote with unit pricing, MOQ, and lead times is included.
Approve Physical Sample
Once mockup is approved, we produce a physical branded sample and ship it to you via DHL or FedEx. You inspect and approve — or request adjustments before production begins. No bulk order proceeds without your sign-off.
Production & Quality Check
30% deposit confirms production start. Every batch is inspected against the approved sample before packaging. Pre-shipment photos are sent to you for final confirmation.
Dispatch & Delivery
Balance payment triggers dispatch. We ship by courier, air freight, or sea freight depending on your timeline and volume. Export documentation is prepared in-house — commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates of compliance — so your shipment clears customs without delays.

Questions We Hear from OEM Buyers
Do I need to have my logo and packaging design ready before I contact you? +
No. Many buyers come to us with just a brand name and a rough idea of what they want. We can work with a logo file in any common format (AI, PDF, PNG) and our design team will produce packaging mockups for your approval. If you don't have a logo yet, we can refer you to trusted design resources.
Is my OEM design kept confidential? Can competitors see it? +
All OEM designs are treated as confidential. We do not share, display, or reproduce your branding for any other client. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing any design files or production details if required.
Can I mix styles within a single OEM order? +
Yes. Our minimum applies per style, but you can combine multiple styles in a single order. Mixed orders are common for buyers building out a full product range — tell us what you need and we will structure it accordingly.
Will the CE certification still apply to my OEM product? +
Yes. CE marking applies to the product itself — the frame and lens specification — not the branding applied to it. Your OEM product is built on the same certified base as our standard range. We provide CE documentation with every OEM order, formatted for EU customs and retail compliance.
What if the sample doesn't meet my expectations? +
If the physical sample doesn't match your expectations, we revise and resend. No bulk production begins until you have formally approved the sample. This approval step exists precisely to protect you — we want you to be completely confident before committing to full production volumes.
